Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the client (referred to as Purchaser or Member) and Viatrademart, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. By signing a Purchase or Service Agreement, the client agrees to comply with the provisions detailed herein:

1. Service Nature and Purpose:

All services offered by Viatrademart are B2B in nature and strictly intended to enhance trade connections and business networks. These services are not financial instruments, investment schemes, or resale products.

2. Non-transferability:

Client memberships and services are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be gifted or resold. Services are exclusively assigned to the individual or business entity specified in the agreement.

3. Upgradation Policy:

The company may offer service upgradation options based on current policies and market trends. These upgrades are chargeable and must be paid in advance. Pricing may vary due to inflation or market conditions and must be settled before accessing upgraded services.

4. Payment Defaults and Termination:

Failure to make payments within 7 days of the due date will be treated as a default. Viatrademart reserves the right to terminate the agreement and forfeit any paid amounts. If two installment payments are missed, the contract will be considered null and void automatically.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds and cancellations will be processed as per the official policies stated above. No verbal or alternative agreements shall override these terms.

6. Legal Jurisdiction:

All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Delhi. Clients agree to this jurisdiction and waive any objections regarding venue or forum.

7. Force Majeure:

Viatrademart will not be held responsible for any delays or non-performance arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, labor strikes, or government actions.

8. Modifications:

No verbal changes to these terms will be accepted. Any modifications must be formally documented and signed by both parties.

9. Confidentiality:

All contractual details and communications are to be treated as confidential. Clients are prohibited from disclosing any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms & Conditions, along with the relevant Service and Purchase Agreements, constitute the complete agreement between both parties and override any previous understandings or communications.

All clients are encouraged to read these terms carefully before signing any agreement. Signing the document signifies full understanding and voluntary acceptance of these binding conditions.
